Call it merchandise for our band, call it a calling to use our hands to slowly craft but whatever we make at dustbird studio we like to think of them all as tiny blessings in praise and celebration of the birds and wildlife we live along side of who bring us joy here in the Shropshire hills and 10% of our profits go to wildlife charities.
Visit our stall at Ludlow produce market every other Thursday and Ludlow makers market Tuesdays in August and tinsel Tuesdays in December to see what winged creatures have been created.
At the moment hand-painted swallow and swift bunting join hangings of golden ring dragonflies and Khadi paper moths who all flutter lightly above their heavier bird friends the funky chicken doorstops which come either as kit for you to make or already fully formed.
